How I Got Here
Most people think success in real estate comes down to who you hire, a contractor, an agent, maybe an architect. But the truth is, even good people can lead you in the wrong direction if they only understand one piece of the puzzle.
I’ve spent over 20 years in construction management and operations, and more than 15 years as a real estate investor. I’ve overseen millions of square feet of commercial and residential development, ground-ups, rehabs, repositioning, takeovers, build-outs, insurance claims, and everything in between.
Through all of it, one thing has stayed the same: projects succeed when every piece, design, finance, permitting, construction, and management, moves in the same direction.
