Out of town deals / loans.

Working as a consultant to REI in Houston. I work with several out of state investors who will hire me to oversee (project evaluation and project management) things for them in Houston. This is vital to them receiving a loan, and getting the job done on time, and close to budget.

I get loans for my own deals for far less than most for 2 reasons.

1. I only buy deals. (lots of equity)

2. I have done 100's of deals. (I'm less risk)
