Invest smart no matter what you have to start.
Its hard, no matter what you have, to begin something new-
So, start where you are. There are advantages to being broke and of course there are advantages to having money. Same as if you have kids already or are still running solo. Where you live matters and who your mentors are matters.
All these things can be advantages and any few can give someone what they need to achieve anything they put their mind to. NONE of them can insure you are a success however, only you can do that. Use the assets you have naturally and then build on that circle slowly. Too many people ignore their environment or resources because they don’t have one they feel is a requirement. NONE of those things are required for success. You can move, meet new people, get access to cash, one day have a loyal family legacy to continue what you all built.
What you want, where you need to be when you exit the word, and what you did in your time is all that really matters. Excuses and blame won’t make the end or the ride there any better. You only really need one skill and its one that anyone can learn. Its “problem solving”. Its that simple. Too many people focus on problems, road blocks, blame, and resources. Those are just problems.
Start where you are and work with others that know your goals and believe you can help them too achieve their own on your way. Its for that reason VITAL to know where you are going, how you plan on getting there, and being able to show others you know exactly how to solve any issue that comes up. (hint- its problem solving.) This will attract people to you that can and will help you. You can’t not know and then be upset you keep getting people wanting to push you are manipulate (use) you.
No money? Invest more time that those who have tons of cash/credit but no time to invest in a mutual goal. Think about it, all services are this exact thing. Food - Cloths cleaning is all done for people who don’t have time, or would rather just pay to have it done (to give them more time). Money and no time? Well….do the opposite of what I just said.
Be honest about your skills, your goals, your willingness to bust your butt to get where you want to go and you will get there. Failures are going to happen over and over and over and OVER…but those are just problems to be solved, and thats where you are going to be the expert.
