See that little fella in the pictures? Thats me over 20yrs ago on my first "investment" house. I thought the master bedroom was too small and needed an upgrade.

I did all the work myself. I made darn good money on that job, but couldn't physically do work for almost 6 months after completion. I hurt myself over and over trying to save every dime and do every bit myself.

I have learned a lot of lessons over the last 20+yrs. One of them is that no man should wear wranglers that tight.
