Too good to be true, is true. Mostly.
The one Cliche I believe is, "If its too good to be true". I am a natural skeptic but also a dreamer. I have been fooled before and will likely be fooled again (just not the same way) The bottom line is that nothing in life worth having comes easy. Sometimes "the catch" is worth the gamble. i.e. If you don't mind being pitched for 4hrs on a timeshare than you can get 100.00 gift card to Amazon. Are they going to non-stop use all their sales wizardry to get you to buy by any means? Yes. Is that okay by you because you just want the 100.00 gift card? Its all about knowing what you are getting into for me. People tend to only share the good and leave out the "discouraging" details.
Big list of off market deals? Sure, but 100's of people are getting that list; if not more. But if you know that and can get it early and act on it immediately, maybe you beat the crowd?
For me, its always been road blocks and issues. I just am stubborn and know I can figure it out, even if that sounds too good to be true.
