I don’t care if you’re a trade, an investor, or a private equity group, clarity wins. Every. Single. Time.

And let’s be honest: if someone buys in just because they like your personality, both of you are already doomed. Charm is amazing… right up until the first problem hits. Then it evaporates faster than a contractor on Friday at 3pm.
