Owner's Rep / Oversight
Embedded on-site oversight. Contractor accountability, quality control, schedule management. Direct reporting to you or your board.
Portfolio Evaluation
Property condition assessments, deferred maintenance planning, and capital improvement budgets for REITs, private equity funds, and portfolio owners.
Expert Witness
Independent expert opinion, estimates, and documentation for insurance companies and attorneys on construction defect claims and disputes.
